Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to data processed by NET Agent when Agents explore, register for, access, or use Deal Hub. This Policy does not replace the privacy policy that Agents must publish for End Users on their own websites/channels.

1. Scope of data

Depending on features and how the Agent uses the service, NET Agent may process the following categories of data:

• Account and business information: Full name, organization name, email, phone number, contact details, verification information, and account administration data.
• Service information: Service package, domain, system configurations, account status, usage history, and payment/invoice data relating to Deal Hub services.
• Affiliate data: Click/link identifiers, orders, timestamps, statuses, eligible transaction values, commissions, and reconciliation data provided by authorized sources.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, cookies, system logs, access times, security alerts, and operational data.
• Support data: Communications with support teams and information proactively provided by the Agent to resolve requests.
• End User data: To the extent the Agent uses Deal Hub to manage accounts, tracking, reconciliation, or Cashback for End Users.

2. Sources of data

• From the Agent upon registration, configuration, account updates, or submitting support requests;
• Automatically from Deal Hub usage through cookies, logs, APIs, and similar technologies;
• From E-commerce platforms, Affiliate networks, or data partners providing tracking data, orders, statuses, and commissions;
• From technical, payment, or security service providers to the extent necessary to operate Deal Hub.

3. Purposes of data processing

• Creating, managing, and securing Agent accounts;
• Providing Deal Hub functionalities and synchronizing Affiliate data;
• Operating, monitoring, maintaining, and upgrading systems;
• Technical support, troubleshooting, and handling Agent requests;
• Preventing fraud, abuse, and security risks;
• Analyzing performance, enhancing products, and improving user experience;
• Sending notifications regarding accounts, services, and necessary changes;
• Fulfilling obligations arising from the relationship between NET Agent and the Agent and complying with applicable legal requirements.

4. End User data and role division

When an Agent uses Deal Hub to manage End Users, the Agent determines business purposes and policies applicable to End Users. NET Agent may process a portion of data according to configurations, instructions, and service scope used by the Agent to provide technical infrastructure.

The Agent is responsible for disclosing to End Users information regarding data collection, use, and sharing, including technology providers where necessary, and ensuring a valid basis for data processing under applicable law.

5. Data sharing and service providers

NET Agent may share or allow access to data within necessary limits with the following parties:

• Hosting, cloud storage, email/SMS, analytics, security, payment, or technical infrastructure providers supporting Deal Hub;
• E-commerce platforms/Affiliate networks or partners connected by the Agent when necessary to deliver service functions;
• Professional advisory firms supporting NET Agent when necessary under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• Competent state authorities upon receiving lawful requests or where required by law.

NET Agent does not sell personal data of Agents or End Users to third parties.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

Deal Hub may use cookies, sessions, click IDs, logs, and similar technologies to maintain logins, security, remember settings, and support Affiliate tracking. Blocking certain cookies or tracking technologies may impair transaction recording by E-commerce platforms/Affiliate networks.

7. Data security

NET Agent implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of data. Measures may include access control, permission segregation, logging, backups, monitoring, and infrastructure safeguards tailored to the nature of the service.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. The Agent is responsible for safeguarding accounts, devices, and authentication credentials within their control.

8. Data retention period

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, support reconciliation, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, ensure system security, and fulfill legal obligations. When data is no longer necessary, NET Agent may delete, anonymize, or restrict access according to applicable procedures, unless continued retention is required.

9. Rights and requests regarding data

Agents and individuals whose data is processed by NET Agent may submit requests regarding their personal data under applicable legal scope and conditions, including requests to access, update, rectify, erase, withdraw consent, or object to/restrict processing on legitimate grounds.

NET Agent may request information necessary to verify identity, authority, or representation before processing requests to prevent unauthorized access or alteration.

10. Infrastructure and third-party processing

Data may be stored or processed on service provider infrastructure within or outside Vietnam depending on technical configurations. Where specific obligations arise regarding cross-border data transfer or processing, NET Agent and/or the Agent act according to their actual roles and applicable laws.

11. Third-party links and services

Deal Hub may contain links or integrations to third-party websites, APIs, and services. These parties maintain independent privacy policies and data practices. NET Agent does not control how third parties handle data on their systems.

12. Data incidents

Upon detecting an incident affecting data within its scope of control, NET Agent will assess, isolate, mitigate, and coordinate with relevant Agents and providers, while fulfilling notification or reporting obligations required by applicable law.

13. Policy updates

NET Agent may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in products, features, data processing procedures, or regulatory requirements. New versions will be published on the Deal Hub website or communicated via appropriate channels.
